• Proof of identity / citizenship / residency - required by all applicants

• A Ministry of Justice Criminal Record Check - (if applicable)

• Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) & Credit Recognition and Transfer (CRT) Application

• Form with evidence (if applicable)

• Academic transcripts / NZQA Record of Achievement (if applicable)

• Annual practicing certificate (if applicable)

• Evidence of English language proficiency (if applicable)
